Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may take longer than domestic orders depending on the destination country. Delivery times vary based on location and are subject to local customs processing times, which are outside of our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
